LAS CRUCES, NM, July 11, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Anthony F. Avallone with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Mr. Avallone celebrates many years' experience in his professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Interested in the legal industry due to his father's encouragement, Mr. Avallone knew from an early age that he would enjoy the challenges of a career in law. Earning a Bachelor of Laws from Columbia University in New York City in 1952, he served in a private practice for the entirety of his career in Mount Vernon and West Nyack, New York, and Las Cruces, New Mexico. Commencing his professional career in 1956, Mr. Avallone subsequently retired in 1999 after accruing 43 years in the field.

Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Avallone served as a captain in the United States Army Reserve in 1947. He has been licensed to practice law by the New York State Bar and the State Bar of New Mexico and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Districts of New York and New Mexico. To remain abreast of developments in his field, Mr. Avallone maintained affiliation with the New Mexico Bar Association.

Mr. Avallone attributes his success to his dedication to performing at his pinnacle, believing that anything less than his best was unsatisfactory. Among his notable achievements, he is most proud of the briefs he filed in the New Mexico Court of Appeals, which were provided to five judges and 10 clerks to be used as study guides. Mr. Avallone's briefs were considered the best in the state of New Mexico.

Married to the late Edith M. Tese for many happy years, Mr. Avallone is the proud father of eight children: Mary, Camille, Elizabeth, Claire, Frank, Anthony, Michael and Joseph. He is also grandfather to several wonderful grandchildren. A native of Mount Vernon, New York, Mr. Avallone enjoys studying philosophy and gardening in his spare time.

In recognition of outstanding contributions to his profession and the Marquis Who's Who community, Mr. Avallone has been featured on the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement website. Please visit www.ltachievers.com for more information about this honor.
