With more than 40 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development, Mr. Dubash has become an authority in his industry. After graduating with a Master's degree in Pharmaceuticals from Wayne State University in 1971, his career path began as a research assistant at Henry Ford Hospital, Hypertension Department from 1972 to 1973. He served as an assistant scientist at Parke-Davis from 1973 to 1974, an associate scientist at Miles Laboratories from 1974 to 1978 and a scientist at Ortho Pharmaceuticals from 1979 to 1984. Mr. Dubash excelled as the Manager of Dosage Forms at Pfizer, Inc., from 1984 to 1993. He represented W.H.O. in 1990 to teach Guanghua employees in Guangzhou, China, the use of equipment donated by W.H.O. in manufacturing vaginal contraceptive tablets. From 1993 to 2002 he functioned as Director of Product Development at Circa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and then as Manager of Solvay Pharmaceuticals from 2002 to 2008. He ended his career in 2011. He is currently self-employed developing generic versions of branded products.

Prior to coming to the States in 1969, Mr. Dubash had pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Botany from Bombay University (now known as the University of Mumbai) in 1963. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Gujarat University in 1968. During his tenure with Ortho Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer, Inc. he has been a patentee and co-patentee in the field. His role model was his grandfather, Khanbahadur Jalbhoy D. Dubash, LCE, JP, who had built bridges and dams in India during the British rule; and had the honor of building the grounds for King George V's coronation (the Delhi Durbar). Mr. Dubash became a United States citizen in 1978,

Mr. Dubash married Mehru Sorab Doctor, MS, NY Board Certified Cytotechnologist in 1977 and has two children and two grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys coin collecting, stamp collecting, photography and traveling. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Dubash remains informed of the changes and advancements in his industry through relevant publications. He is a past member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.

In light of his many achievements in the field, Mr. Dubash has received a number of accolades throughout his career. He was recognized as a Merit Scholar by the L.M. College of Pharmacy at Gujarat University from 1964 to 1968 and received a Gold Medal for highest scholastic standing in the class of 1968. Mr. Dubash has been featured in several editions of Who's Who in Science and Engineering.
