Prior to obtaining these roles, he was managing director of Icori Estero SpA in Rome from 1977 to 1997 and of Salini Impregilo SpA in Milan from 1965 to 1977. Earlier in his career, he was director of Camel Agency in Milan from 1962 to 1964 and a member of the staff at Tourism Organization in Rome from 1959 to 1962. Alongside his primary endeavors, Mr. Frascarelli served as the managing director of Micori LLC in the United Arab Emirates, Icori Overseas Ltd. in London, and Al Harthyicori LLC in Oman. Furthermore, he served as president of Icori SA in Geneva and member and treasurer of Excom Euronaid.
Mr. Frascarelli began his career as a student at Lyceum in Terni, where he obtained a diploma in classics in 1958. He then joined the Sapienza University of Rome, completing a civil engineering degree in 1964. He later earned a PED degree from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in 1976. The IMD was formed in 1990 through the merger of the International Management Institute (IMI) and the Institut pour l'Etude des Methodes de Direction de l'Entreprise (IMEDE).
A respected voice in his areas of interest, Mr. Frascarelli has been an active leader in his community. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the British Institute of Management, and the Alexander Hamilton Institute. He has also been affiliated with the International IMEDE Alumni Association, where he served as vice president, the Sons of Italy and the Order of International Ambassadors.
Throughout his career, Mr. Frascarelli has been recognized for his contributions. He was decorated with the Cavaliere dell'Ordine della Stella della solidarietà italiana and he has been named among the Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century.
