A successful microbiologist, Jefferson Davis has flourished as a consultant of gene analysis for biotechnology for the federal government in Washington D.C., since 1994.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Davis worked as a consultant on fiscal crisis with the federal government in Washington D.C. between 1989 and 1990.

In a career filled with highlights, Mr. Davis was proud to have conducted a study on gene sequence numbering and submitting the work to the National Library of Medicine, while studying at Columbia University. The work was later presented on the nightly news by former President George H.W. Bush. Before embarking on his professional path, he pursued a formal education at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology in 1977. Subsequently, Mr. Davis completed postgraduate coursework at the Columbia University in New York City in 1979.

Recognized as a respected voice in the industry, Mr. Davis has written numerous briefs and articles in professional journals. A member of the American Rifle Association, he has also maintained his professional affiliation with the American Federation of Police, among other organizations. An exceptional Marquis listee, he has been selected for inclusion in the 26th and 27th edition of Who's Who in the Midwest. Outside of his primary responsibilities, Mr. Davis enjoys winemaking, vegetable gardening, and gourmet cooking.
