Supported by professional excellence and an educational background, Mr. Hanna has flourished as a lawyer and business owner for 55 years. He has found success as counsel of the firm Crowe & Dunlevy since 1987, having previously served as the vice president of Arrow Oil & Gas LLC. He was associated with H.J. Freede Inc. as a vice president and co-trustee, as well as a partner with the law firm, McAfee & Taft in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, between 1972 and 1980. At the start of his career, Mr. Hanna worked as the clubhouse manager for the Oklahoma City 89ers from 1964 to 1967, later becoming a statistician at Tinker Air Force Base. He also spent time as a manager for Harold's Stores Inc.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Hanna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in statistics and accounting in 1968. A short time later, he secured a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the aforementioned institution in 1972, before going on to obtain a Master of Laws in taxation from New York University in 1973. Mr. Hanna concluded his academic efforts with a Master of Arts in biblical studies from the Dallas Theological Seminary in 1988.
Other career-related endeavors to his credit include contributing as an editor for the Oklahoma Law Review, a special lecturer in law for the University of Oklahoma School of Law, and a manager for J. Jireh and Son LLC. Additionally, Mr. Hanna was a general partner of Linwood Oil & Gas LP and the Old Ball Park in Oklahoma City. An active presence in his community, he was involved with several local organizations such as the Last Frontier Council Boy Scouts of America and the Grace United Methodist Church. Mr. Hanna has devoted a portion of his time as the drafter for the governor of Oklahoma City's trust which was created for those affected by the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995. He previously served with both the United States Army and the United States Air Force.
For his accomplishments in the community Mr. Hanna has been the recipient of the Silver Beaver Award from the Boys Scouts of America. Likewise, he has been selected for inclusion in multiple editions of Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the South and Southwest and Who's Who in the World. Outside of work, Mr. Hanna is a youth and adult coach, a Sunday school teacher, a card collector and a religious lecturer.
