With more than 55 years of experience in applied biology, Dr. Ericsson has become an authority in his industry and has been serving as the president of Androscore Corporation in Alzada, Montana, since 1987. Previously, he served as a research assistant at the University of Kentucky, a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a senior research scientist at Pharmacia & Upjohn LLC (formerly known as the Upjohn Company) and a special consultant at Schering AG in Germany. Recently, Dr. Ericsson excelled as an investigator at the Institute of Research in Human Reproduction in Tehran, Iran, and the founder and president of Gametrics Limited, the latter role he has held since 1974. He also works as the manager of Bull Pine Ranch LLC and the president and director of Lonesome Country Limited Ranch.

Dr. Ericsson pursued higher education with a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University in 1957. He then served as an officer in the United States Army Reserves. He earned a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Kentucky in 1961 and 1964, respectively. His first professional role was that of adjunct professor at Western Michigan University from 1964 to 1971.

Notably, Dr. Ericsson received multiple patents in methods for preventing impregnation, rodent sterilization processes, controlling fertility, fractionation of sperm and fertility testing. He also holds patents in methods of increasing incidence of female offspring, methods of increasing economic value of breeding stock semen, and methods and kits used in testing human males for fertility. He has contributed to a number of published works, including "Getting Pregnant in the 1980s: New Advances in Infertility Treatment and Sex Preselection" in 1982, and more than 75 publications in medical-biological journals and textbooks on the subject of male reproduction. Dr. Ericsson is also the creator of the "Ericsson Method," an idea of child conception reputed to help determine a fetus' sex. Dr. Ericsson has two children with his wife, Jean Marie Hodge.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dr. Ericsson remains informed of the advancements and changes in his industry through relevant organizations. He is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Association of Tissue Banks, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Society of Andrology, and the Association for the Study of Animal Behavior. He is also a member of the Endocrine Society, the Society for the Advancement of Contraception, the Society for the Study of Reproduction and Sigma Xi. He is the recipient of a Top Scientist Award. In light of his many contributions to the field, Dr. Ericsson has been featured in several editions of Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare, and Who's Who in Science and Engineering.
