Having taught children with special needs for many years in Howell, New Jersey., Dr. Donley excelled as a Behavior Analyst in the field of special education for more than a decade. Operating out of a private practice from 2000 to 2011, she was previously employed by the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh as an assistant professor of special education from 1992 to 2002, during which time she accepted the position of a university coordinator of assessment from 1997 to 2002.
