LANCASTER, PA, July 30, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Charles Reinhart with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Mr. Reinhart celebrates many years' experience in his professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Accruing over 50 years of teaching experience, the late Mr. Reinhart had taught physics and chemistry at Columbia Junior-Senior High School in Pennsylvania from 1970 to 2003. In the years prior, he was a science teacher at Solanco High School from 1968 to 1970. Discovering his passion for music, one of his students who worked at a radio station suggested that he apply to an opening for a disc jockey. When he received the position, Mr. Reinhart had dedicated his weekends presenting the news and playing music for WGAL, an NBC affiliated station, from 1970 to 1976 and WQXA-FM from 1976 until 1992.

Prior to his professional journey, Mr. Reinhart studied at Millersville University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in 1968. After pursuing further education at the same university, he obtained a Master of Arts in 1971. He subsequently became a certified science teacher in Pennsylvania. Loving his profession, Mr. Reinhart was an active member of the National Education Association, the National Science Teachers Association and the Pennsylvania Education Association.

Notably, Mr. Reinhart was a founder of the Columbia Junior-Senior High School Sports Hall of Fame. In 2018 he was inducted in as a member, foregoing the five-year waiting period to be able to join as a new honoree. Known for his great speaking voice, he also excelled as an event announcer for over 20 years. To attest to the level of dedication Mr. Reinhart possessed, he was requested to return to teaching once he retired due to a staff shortage. Despite a lengthy career, he did not refuse and returned to the post with the best interest of the students in mind. As a person and an educator, Mr. Reinhart was always very much interested in the well-being of children and their education.

In recognition of outstanding contributions to his profession and the Marquis Who's Who community, Mr. Reinhart has been featured on the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement website. Please visit for more information about this honor.
