In the past, Mr. Juliano was a lecturer for the Suffolk Academy of Law and the past director of the Pro Bono Foundation for the Suffolk County Bar Association.
A graduate of St. John's University, Mr. Juliano earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1966. He subsequently attended Brooklyn Law School, from which he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1969. H is admitted to practice law in all of the courts of New York State, United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. In order to remain aware of developments in his field of practice, Mr. Juliano is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Criminal Bar Association, the Columbian Lawyers Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association. Additionally, he has served as the president and director of Hillside United Van Lines, Inc.
For his accomplishments in the practice of law and related fields, Mr. Juliano has been the recipient of the Suffolk County Bar Association (SCBA) President's Award, the SCBA Director's Award, and the SCBA Lifetime Achievement Award. Likewise, he has been selected for inclusion in Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who in the East. Adjacent to his career, Mr. Juliano's avocations include practicing his skills as a musician.
