With more than 50 years of experience in law to his credit, Mr. Richman has become an authority in his industry. He began his career path as a partner at McCune Greenlee & Richman from 1960 to 1963, a partner at Greenlee, Richman, Derrico & Posa from 1963 to 1984, a partner at Richman & Smith from 1985 to 2005, and the counsel at Webber & Gallagher from 2005 to 2012. Likewise, Mr. Richman has held membership with the Industrial Hygiene Foundation.

Prior to becoming an esteemed lawyer, Mr. Richman pursued higher education with a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University in 1954, during which he prospered under the mentorship of William McGovern, a professor of political science. He subsequently attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1957. Mr. Richman was promptly admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1958, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 1958.

Adjacent to his career, Mr. Richman volunteered in his field and community. He sat on the board of directors of the Pittsburgh Opera and the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh. Likewise, Mr. Richman was the director of the Jewish Family and Children's Services of Pittsburgh and a member of the legal committee of the Industrial Health Foundation.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Richman remains informed of the changes and advancements in his industry through relevant organizations. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Leveraging his bountiful industry experience, he authored "Meaning of Impairment and Disability" in 1980 and "Legal Aspects of Occupational and Environmental Disease" in 1993.

The proudest moment of Mr. Richman's career was being hired to write a report for Congress and speaking at a meeting for the International Labor Office of the United Nations. In light of his many achievements in the field, he has received a number of awards and accolades throughout his career. Mr. Richman has been featured in several editions of Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the East, and Who's Who in the World. Mr. Richman married the late Audrey May Gersky, alongside whom he raised two children and two grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys reading.
