During his career, he has also taught business law adjunctively at the University of Texas at Arlington. He began his professional career as an associate at Hinds & Chambers in 1970, remaining in this position for one year before becoming a partner at Duke, Rosenberry, Duke & Jelinek from 1971 to 1974, both in Arlington, TX. In addition to this tenure, Mr. Rosenberry has served as an advisor on the board of directors for Southwest Securities Bank and an escrow officer for Lawyers Title Co. since 1984. Furthermore, he has excelled as the general manager of Triple R Properties as well as on the board of directors for Equitable Bancshares in Dallas and Equitable Bank of North America and partner in IED, Ltd.
Prior to embarking on his professional path, Mr. Rosenberry pursued a formal education at the University of Texas at Arlington, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1967. He subsequently obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Baylor University in Waco, TX in 1970. During law school, he was Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review. After receiving these academic honors, Mr. Rosenberry became certified in residential real estate law and commercial real estate law through the State Bar of Texas in 2003 through this date.
Active in his local community, Mr. Rosenberry was a member of the Arlington City Zoning Board of Adjustment from 1989 to 1992 and was the president of the Athletic Booster Club at Pantego Christian Academy from 1990 to 1992. Since 1999, he has found success as Director of the Children's Charities of Fort Worth. Mr. Rosenberry has continued to participate on the board of directors for numerous other organizations including the Arlington Margarita Society, Fort Worth Charities, Inc., the Baylor Bear Foundation.
Outside of his primary profession, Mr. Rosenberry remains aware of trends in his field through affiliations with numerous related organizations. On the board of directors for the Arlington Bar Association in 1987, he has additionally maintained his involvement with the Arlington Rotary Club, the Arlington Sportsman Club, and the American Bar Association. Considering his exceptional undertakings, he was recognized among the Outstanding Young Men in America in 1980 and received the Outstanding Part-Time Faculty Teaching Award from the Department of Real Estate and Finance at the University of Texas at Arlington in 1992. In 2006, he was named to the Baylor Athletic Directors Hall of Honor. Moreover, Mr. Rosenberry has been selected for inclusion in the 29th edition of Who's Who in Finance and Industry and several editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the South and Southwest, and Who's Who in the World.
