Prior to these appointments, he served as a shop foreman and a mechanic for Rush Enterprises, Incorporated in Indianapolis from 2007 to 2015. Mr. Cairl began his career as a mechanic and shop supervisor for Ryder System, Incorporated from 2005 to 2007.
In his present position, Mr. Cairl has become renowned for his honesty, aiming to keep all of his staff working with their customers hand-in-hand in the most straightforward manner possible. Additionally, Mr. Cairl has obtained a Cummins ISX certification and a Navistar Master certification.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Cairl has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. Notably, he has contributed to the board of the Angola Area Chamber of Commerce. He also remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise, including the Shopfix Academy and the Automotive Training Institute. In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Cairl has accrued the Half Century Award from the state of Indiana.
Inspired by his childhood enthusiasm for riding four-wheelers and dirt-bikes, Mr. Cairl was initially attracted to his chosen career through an apprenticeship at Lonsbury Garage, which he returned to following a temporary relocation to Indianapolis. Attributing his success to his hard work and dedication, he values his ability to set and achieve goals, as it allows him to keep striving to reach the next level of professional greatness.
