Since beginning his tenure with the aforementioned company in 2000, he has specialized in personal injury and wrongful death, commercial, transportation and insurance litigation, product liability cases, construction litigation and employee benefit/ERISA litigation. Backed by 20 years of experience representing clients throughout Montana, he has participated in notable cases such as Wilson v. High Stakes, Inc., where he represented a bar owner whose alleged negligence resulted in a patron being injured in a fight, and Everts v. Gallatin Construction, which involved representing a local contractor against claims of construction defect. In both cases, Mr. Schneider obtained a favorable verdict.
Before accepting his positions with Mileodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner, Mr. Schneider gained valuable expertise in the field through counsel positions with Groom Law Group, The Hartford and The Evergreen Group. In the late 1980s, he earned a Bachelor of Science in business and marketing from Montana State University. Subsequently, he concluded his studies at the University of Montana, obtaining a Master of Business Administration in 1992 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1995. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Schneider was admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Montana, the Connecticut Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, the Montana Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, the U.S. District Court of Colorado, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Schneider retains his professional alignment with the Defense Research Institute, the Western Montana Bar Association, the Harmonie Group and the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association. For his outstanding achievements, he has been honored by Martindale-Hubbell with an AV-Preeminent Rating and as a Mountain States Super Lawyer. Likewise, he was notably presented with the State Bar of Montana Distinguished Service Award.
