Likewise, she served as an expeditor and an inside salesperson for Major Incorporated from 2010 to 2011. She further flourished with Hitachi Power Systems America, Ltd. as a marketing assistant between 2008 to 2010 and an administrative assistant from 2007 until 2008. Ms. Vail began her career as a corporate communications assistant for Skanska USA Building Inc. from 2006 to 2007.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Vail pursued an education at Warren Hills Regional High School, from which she graduated in 2003. She concluded her studies at the Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration and marketing. Inspired by her father, who had worked in construction his entire life, Ms. Vail has impressively established herself as an expert in rebranding and creating marketing departments for a number of contractors and construction management firms.
Beyond her primary responsibilities within the field, Ms. Vail has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. Coordinating and engaging in many trade shows and conferences in her industry, she has notably contributed to the New Jersey chapter of the Community Associations Institute as the co-chairperson of the business partners committee. Furthermore, she held a role on the trade show and expo committee for the Pennsylvania chapter of the Community Associations Institute. In addition, she is also a member of the Executive Council for IREM NJ – a commercial and residential real estate networking group. Ms. Vail has found a wealth of success with her written works as well, having penned articles for the New York Real Estate Journal and Community Trends in addition to myriad proposals, press releases, and other external marketing content.
Renowned for her exemplary efforts and work ethic, Ms. Vail remains associated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was also affiliated with the Engineers Club, the Professional Women in Construction, the General Building Contractors Association, and the Urban Land Institute BioNJ, the International Facility Management Association, the New Jersey Apartment Association and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Additionally, Ms. Vail contributed to the charitable success of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
