With more than 10 years of professional experience to his credit, Mr. Henry has excelled as the vice president of operations at ChromeTech since 2006. In addition to his primary role, he has held a number of other positions with the aforementioned company, including as a production manager, a line worker, and a supervisor. Moreover, Mr. Henry is certified with the AESF Foundation for Chromium Plating for Engineering Applications and in Black Company Metal Finishing Process Control.

Mr. Henry was inspired to pursue a career in the field from an early age, having begun working at ChromeTech at an early age as his father was the company's founder. He credits much of his success to his family, especially his brother, who also works at ChromeTech alongside him. For his exemplary contributions to the field, Mr. Henry was presented with the SUR/FIN Top Shop Award.
