John P. Molière has been Inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who's Who Biographical Registry

Mr. Molière and his business have donated more than $100,000 to nonprofit and charity organizations

HUME, VA, October 17, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- John P. Molière has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Upon his mother's death when he was but ten years old, Mr. Molière was raised by his grandfather from who he learned of the valiant fight for our independence assisted by the French. Joining the military later in life, he served in Vietnam in light of his skill in French which he learned at home. During his tenure with the military, Mr. Molière became fascinated with communications, particularly in the medical field due to how rapidly professionals must communicate in emergencies.

Upon his discharge from the Navy, Mr. Molière attended Boston University earning a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. He then continued graduate studies in Education at the University of Virginia.

While attending Boston University on the GI Bill he underwent rehabilitation at the Brockton VA Medical Center (VAMC). He gained an appreciation for the work that Vets do to get back in the main stream of life and be productive members of society. Working towards the opportunity to give back to veterans and his community, he founded Standard Communications Inc. in 2001, where he currently excels as the Chairman/CEO. Standard Communications has been a pioneer in working with the VA to provide training at small business conferences in the preparation and proper use of Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) initiatives, regulations and law. Since its inception, primarily, but not exclusively for the US Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Mr. Molière's company has provided more than 100 voice communications and requisite power systems, over 400,000 telephones and an additional 200,000 connectivity points for a variety of telecommunications solutions including WiFi, Internet, VOIP and a variety of clinical applications in over thirty-five states, across the nation and Puerto Rico.

Alongside his primary endeavors, Mr. Molière is affiliated with the National Veteran Small Business Coalition as a founder, a board member and the first president, and now President Emeritus. He also serves VetForce as a member, the Association for Service Disabled Veterans as a former member, and Operation Jumpstart as a founding and a continuing sponsor. A sustaining sponsor of the American Freedom Foundation, he is a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 295 and Disabled American Veterans. Impressively, he was active as the architect of the VETS GWAC IDIQ contract and worked closely with Brad Scott of the GSA and Scott Denniston of the VA to get the initiative sanctioned by the OFPP and OMB then signed by President Bush as Executive Order 13-360. Mr. Molière has notably donated more than $100,000 for nonprofit and charity organizations during his longstanding tenure.

Revered for his perseverance, leadership skills and training opportunities, Mr. Molière notes that leadership is an element of management that cannot be taught; rather, it can be only improved upon. As a testament to his success, he has been presented with numerous accolades, including the Fed 100 Award, the John K. Lopez Lifetime Achievement Award, the Legionnaire of the Year Award, the Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the Don Quixote Award, and most recently the Gordon H. Mansfield Award for leadership, among many others. Looking toward the future, Mr. Molière will spend time visiting his children and grandchildren when he's not fishing or continuing to pay "Earth Rent" to his fellow vets and to his community and the world for as long as he is able.
