With more than 20 years of professional experience to his credit, Dr. Rozbruch has excelled as the service chief of the Limb Lengthening and Complex Reconstruction Service and a member of the HSS Orthopedic Leadership Council at the Hospital for Special Surgery since 2005. In addition to his primary responsibilities, he has further served the Hospital for Special Surgery as the director of the Limb Salvage and Amputation Reconstruction Center since 2015, an Attending Surgeon with the department of orthopedic surgery since 2012, an Associate Attending from 2007 to 2012, and an Assistant Attending from 1995 to 2007. In addition to his work in the field, Dr. Rozbruch has held a number of academic positions. He has found success as a professor of clinical orthopedic surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College since 2012, having been an associate professor from 2007 to 2012, an assistant professor from 2001 to 2007, and a clinical instructor from 1996 to 2001. A respected voice in his areas of interest, he has been affiliated with the Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction Society, the Orthopedic Trauma Association, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Rozbruch has also been active with the Weill Cornell Medical College Alumni Association, the National Board of Medical Examiners, the New York State Society of Orthopedic Surgeons, and the AO Alumni Association.

Dr. Rozbruch initially pursued an education with the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts and Sciences, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in 1985. He concluded his studies at Weill Cornell Medical College, earning a Doctor of Medicine in 1990. He subsequently completed an internship in general surgery with the North Shore University Hospital from 1990 to 1991, and a residency with Cornell University Hospital for Special Surgery from 1991 to 1995. Dr. Rozbruch furthered his training with an AO/ASIF orthopedic trauma fellowship with the University of Bern in 1995 and a fellowship with the University of Maryland Center for Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction in 1999.

Throughout his career, Dr. Rozbruch has been celebrated for his contributions to his field. He has been an accomplished innovator, surgeon, researcher, and educator. He was presented with NIH Summer Research Fellow Award, the Research Thesis Honors Award, the Harold Lamport Biomedical Research Prize, and the Dean's Research Prize from Weill Cornell Medical College. He was additionally recognized with the Professor Jorge Miniero Award, and was lauded for the Top Scientific Exhibit at the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons Annual Meeting. Likewise, Dr. Rozbruch has been highlighted in numerous publications, including New York Magazine's List of Best Doctors, Castle Connolly's List of Best Doctors, and Who's Who in America.
