She likewise received a diploma from the Crown Business Institute of Brooklyn in 1982. She remains informed of changes and advancements in her industry through relevant organizations, affiliating as a member of the Smithsonian Institution and the International Society of Poets. Ms. Freeman presently excels as a member of Robert Tilton Ministries and Feed the Children.

Notably, Ms. Freeman's song "Old Billy" is available on SoundCloud, Amazon and YouTube and she published a book of poems in 2010, available on Amazon, Walmart and Barnes & Noble. She authored "Modern Day Poetry" and has contributed a number of works to various anthologies. In journeying along her professional path, she has drawn heavily from the inspiration of Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra. She married Daniel Freeman in 1972 and has six children, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
