Prior to obtaining his current roles, he was a BMC Remedy consultant from 2007 to 2015, the co-founder and Vice President of QMX Support Services from 2001 to 2006, and the Director of Service Management Practice at VISTA Information Technologies, Inc. from 1998 to 2001. He was previously a Chief Architect at MCI Systemhouse and the founder of Client Server Solutions Corp. from 1992 to 1998.

From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Reynolds was the Director of Customer Service at Nucleus International Corp., and from 1986 to 1987 he was the European Site Manager in Germany for Energy Research Corporation. He served as a Senior Information Management consultant with SRI International from 1982 to 1986 and as an Applications Maintenance Manager with United Airlines from 1979 to 1982.

Earlier in his career, he served with the United States Air Force from 1958 to 1979, retiring with the rank of Lt Colonel. As Data Branch Chief, Headquarters USAF he implemented the first on-line computer terminals in the Pentagon and created aircraft budget codes from 1972 to 1979. From 1971 to 1972 he served at Senior Advisor to the South Vietnamese Air Force. Prior to his Vietnam tour he implemented the first MIRV Missile targeting system at the Joint Strategic Targeting Staff, from 1967 to 1971. He was a KC-135 Operations Staff Officer at Pease AFB, Kadena AB and March AFB from 1963 to 1967. As a KC-97 Navigator at Dow AFB, Maine from 1957 to 1961 he won the 1960 8th Air Force Navigation Competition and at was stationed at Kindley AFB, Bermuda, from 1961 to 1962.

A respected voice in his areas of interest, Mr. Reynolds has been affiliated with a number of professional organizations. The former president of the Tennessee Ernie Ford and the General Doolittle Chapters of the Air Force Association, he is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Military Order of the World Wars, Military Officers Association of America, the New England MG "T" Register and the Vintage MG Club of Southern California.

Throughout his career, Mr. Reynolds has been recognized for his contributions. The recipient of the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal with Two Oak Leaf Clusters, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Combat Readiness Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed . Forces Expeditionary Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, RVN Armed Forces Honor Medal, RVN Staff Service lC Medal, and RVN Campaign Medal plus five service award ribbons. In addition, he has 27 concours d'elegance and 33 car show awards for his 1953 MG-TD.

He has been recognized as one of the 50 most well-travelled people in the world and is one of only 110 who have been to all 193 United Nations countries.
