Nadine Keahon Celebrated for Dedication to the Field of Management

    LINCOLN, CA, November 21, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nadine Keahon has been included in Marquis Who's Who. With 20 years of experience to her credit, Nadine T. Keahon has excelled as an operations director for global consulting organizations with Infor since 2012, during which time she has flourished as the operations lead for the publication and implementation of global business policies, processes and systems utilized by the company. The chair of the global task force, largely comprised of operations directors, IT and divisional experts to determine areas of policy, process and system development on an ongoing basis, she has further held the post of a corporate liaison for internal auditing, global finance, legal and IT departments to ensure policy and process compliance within the aforementioned department. Moreover, Ms. Keahon provides Infor with her expertise on sales operations, project delivery, subcontractor POs and resource management, alongside a team of multiple colleagues.

From 2010 to 2012, Ms. Keahon worked for Oracle as a senior director for North American consulting operations and business planning. Designated as an authority on Oracle's corporate policy relative to global business practices, revenue recognition and contracts, she was active as the chair of the North American consulting operations improvement task force, a liaison for corporate efficiency teams and a community collaboration facilitator. Notably, Ms. Keahon developed the merger and acquisitions on-boarding program, the project plan for "plug and play" company acquisition and the "Book to Bill" portal for North American consulting, which remains a one-stop destination for templates, process documents, policies and reports from project initiation to completion.

Prior to this appointment, Ms. Keahon served Oracle as the senior director for global business practices in Oracle from 2004 to 2010. She was additionally associated with the aforementioned company as the chair of the global task force to determine areas of policy development and improvements, a corporate liaison for numerous departments and a corporate advisor on finance and operations. Now renowned as an accomplished management professional with expert communication and interpersonal skills, Ms. Keahon began her career in the billing department for the IT Group from 1995 to 1999.

Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Keahon pursued an education at Webber International University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in visual merchandising and advertising in 1992. Beyond her responsibilities within the field, she has maintained her involvement as a volunteer and supporter of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Sacramento. In addition to her primary vocation, Ms. Keahon remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise, including the Women's International Network.

Ms. Keahon has found much success with her written works as well, with her two most notable publications being the product of her naturally work-oriented spirit and her defiance in the face of tragedy. Her first book, "Owed to My Mother," was originated when she learned that her mother had stage four cancer mere months into a promotion at her job, which posed an ultimatum for her between her family and her career. Written after her mother's passing and published in 2018, "Owed to My Mother" has been acclaimed for its warmth, humor, sarcasm and love within its text and can be found at any major book retail outlets, including Amazon, Barnes and Noble and Books-A-Million.

Ms. Keahon's sophomore book, "Sperm Donor (A Gift of the Stroke)" encapsulates her experiences while writing "Owed to My Mother," a time in which she suffered a stroke. Partially paralyzed alongside the right side of her body as a result, this affliction was a blessing in disguise, teaching her to become more patient, goal-oriented and light-hearted regarding her condition. While striving to overcome her paralysis and regain her mobility, she found ways in which to manage her time by accomplishing every task ahead of her, including writing her book and remaining connected with friends and family, who supported her in her time of need. Serving as a source of inspiration for many in her life, Ms. Keahon recalls these publications as the highlight of her career, and is hard at work on her next book.

Attributing her success to her hard work and motivation from her mother, Ms. Keahon was attracted to her respective fields through her childhood writings, as her poems and short stories from her youth made her seek a creative outlet in a professional setting, which became the policies and procedures at her companies. Stressing the importance of fostering relationships and prospering when faced with aspects of life that you cannot change, Ms. Keahon aspires to continue with her writing and enjoy life to its fullest potential.
