Before embarking upon her professional path Ms. Northcutt earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Texas Tech University in 2017, as well as certifications in Early Childhood Education and English as a Second Language. She also aims to graduate with a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from her alma mater in 2020. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Ms. Northcutt is affiliated with Kappa Delta Phi, Phi Kappa Phi, a member of the Teachers Association of Literacy Education (TALE) and the National Science Academy Organization.
In light of her outstanding accomplishments, Ms. Northcutt has been honored through the Kappa Delta Phi International Honor Society, Aspiring Administrators Leadership Academy, the International Scholar Laureate Program and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Additionally, she served as a national conference presenter for Kappa Delta Phi and TALE. Looking toward to the future, Ms. Northcutt aims to be principal of an elementary school or the director of a preschool program.
