LOS ANGELES, CA, February 13, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kenneth Fischer has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Drawing on more than 40 years of professional experience in the metals, auction and real estate industries, Mr. Fischer serves as the Managing Director of Heritage Business Alliances and as the President of Business Network Corporation – a sales and marketing consulting company geared toward distressed commercial real estate acquisition, metals recycling and the auction industry. Additionally, he owns the eponymous Kenny Fischer Consulting, which he established in 1985. Previously, Mr. Fischer gained valuable industry experience as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Ross Dove Company and President of the Diversified Metals Corporation (DMC), the largest Division of Diversified Industries; a New York stock exchange Fortune 500 company. At that time DMC was the world's largest non-ferrous metals processing, recycling and trading company.

Over the years, Mr. Fischer also worked as a partner at National Industrial Services Inc. (NISI) – an auction company specializing in the sale of machinery and equipment on a national basis. He helped grow NISI from obscurity into the sixth-largest industrial auction company in the United States within two years. In that capacity, he supervised auction solicitation and auction logistics; he grew to love the process and appreciated it as the most accurate demonstration of true market value on a given day. His career has been suffused with standout moments, which he attributes to his being able to create strategic partnerships and alliances. In the early 1990s he created the Grubb and Ellis – Ross Dove Real Estate Auction Partnership. This partnership conduced the first two ballroom and (pre-Internet) satellite commercial real estate auctions for the FDIC ever held. The partnership sold and closed a record $800 million in commercial real estate in 1992. Mr. Fischer then created the Paine-Webber – Ross Dove Loan Auction Partnership which did the first National Loan Auction for the Resolution Trust Corporation. As a result of his initial efforts, 8 RTC loan auctions resulted in the sale of 75,000 loans with a total book value sold of $4 billion.

Mr. Fischer left the University of Missouri in 1962, and then enlisted in the US Army, where he received training as a medic. His military and recycling experiences today are driving him towards his next vision. Using his experience and contacts in the recycling industry, his vision is to establish a nationwide program for the military to recycle not only waste, but income producing programs for the government including cardboard, metals and of great importance today: e-recycling. E-recycling includes anything with a power cord or on and off switch such as computers, cell phones, TVs, etc. Up to 50 million tons of electronic or e-waste are thrown away every year. And while e-waste makes up only 2% of the total waste stream, it accounts for 70% of toxic materials such as lead, cadmium, mercury and fire retardants which can wind up filtering into the ground and water system. Along these lines BNC just received their GSA Structured Contract.

During his free time, he makes it a point to contribute to his community, working with the JCAA and International Children's Academy. In previous years, he was a board member for the Anti-Drug Abuse Education Fund and Chairman of the St. Louis Senior Olympics.
