After graduating Valedictorian of Shead High School in Eastport, Maine in 2005, Ms. Welch pursued and completed a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maine in 2009. A dedicated member of her local community, Ms. Welch volunteers her time with local school and community fundraisers. She is the very proud mother of three children.
