A celebrated construction sales consultant, Mr. Brennan has prospered with W.P. Hickman Systems, Inc., a roofing and manufacturing contracting company in Solon, Ohio. For 20 years he was a corporate accounts manager. Active as a field consultant with the organization in 1992, he also worked as a regional sales manager between 1998 and 1999. He formerly owned BMO Services between 2003 and 2007 and BM Group for Roofing and Waterproofing between 2007 and 2014. Mr. Brennan also served as a field consultant for Tremco, Inc., a roofing and manufacturing contractor in Cleveland from 1982 to 1992.
Aligned with several civic organizations with close ties to his field, Mr. Brennan has flourished on the oversight committee for construction for the Burbank Unified School District since 2013. He has also found success as a member of the Burbank City Board of Building and Fire Code Regulations from 2013 to 2019 and, since the end of 2019, he has been a member of the Burbank City Infrastructure Oversight Board. He is also a member of the board of directors of the International Institute of Plant Engineers, and has been affiliated with numerous national and international professional organizations including the California Society of Hospital Engineers and the American Institute of Architects.
Between 1970 and 1974, Mr. Brennan obtained an undergraduate degree and two masters' degrees at the University of California Los Angeles. He subsequently served his country as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps between 1974 and 1979. From 1979 to 1985, Mr. Brennan completed service in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.
Gaining most of his business skills as an infantry officer, Mr. Brennan desired to work in corporate America, which led to him pursuing a full-time career in sales. He was presented with a Million Dollar Salesman Award by Hickman Systems for 1995, 1997 and 2001. Mr. Brennan is also a celebrated Marquis listee who has been included in the 56th edition of Who's Who in America and the 18th edition of Who's Who in the World.
