As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Embedded on a journey through The Americas. Ms. Diaz's professional journey culminated in her current work as an educator on behalf of the Tamiami. She serves as the daycare director and a private school principal at the church's affiliated daycare center, elementary school and middle school. Having found success in her various positions since 2012. Ms. Diaz provides oversight for the daily operations of the school, including meal preparation, liaising with parents and teachers, supervising administration, and ensuring that the students excel at their studies.

Before embarking upon her current positions. Ms. Diaz worked with babies and kids at Edward Child Care and Happy Memories Daycare located in Miami Dade County between 2011 and 2012. Earlier in her life, Dalila worked as an Interior Design teacher in Costa Rica, an engineer for a road company in Chile and as an Architect Assistant of Havana Libre's hotel rebuilding team in Cuba. Although her career has been suffused with highlights, she is especially proud to have helped her students embrace their education. Through her work, Mrs. Diaz renders schooling a positive force in their lives. Devoted to her community, Mrs. Diaz attends to the psychological health of her students by listening to them and guiding them on tough situations, whether it is family, school or social problems. Mrs. Dalila is always caring for them and the decisions that they make.

Educated in numerous fields, Mrs. Diaz, pursued studies in interior design in Chile but, as she migrated from one America to another, Mrs. Diaz taught her interior art in Costa Rica as she tried perfecting her architecture skills. In 2008, she understood that having taught in Costa Rica, she was inspired to pursue a teaching career.
