Daniel George's favorite thing is to take a novice in men's clothing, and embark on a journey to confidence and self improvement by dressing them from head to toe
CHICAGO, IL, February 28, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Daniel George has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
The founder and owner of Daniel George since 2012, Mr. George is distinguished for his exquisite boutiques and taste in menswear. Offering stylish custom suits, shirts, and tuxedos in addition to shoes and accessories, Daniel George is the leading clothier for dapper men in Chicago and San Francisco. For his exemplary contributions to his craft, Daniel has been featured in such publications as GQ, Modern Luxury, Men's Book, 7x7 Magazine, and more.
Prior to embarking upon his professional path, Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in 1990, where he studied business. Admittedly a mediocre student, what really got his "creative juices" flowing was his passion for design and style. Following his academic efforts, he spent the next 15 years living in San Francisco and honing his craft in the fashion industry. In an effort to give back to his community in a fashionable way, Daniel donates to Suits for Success.
As a sartorialist and business owner, Daniel's favorite thing is to take a novice in men's clothing, and embark on a journey to confidence and self improvement by dressing them from head to toe. It essentially improves their understanding about quality menswear and tasteful design. Stressing to his customers that less is more, the simplicity in tailoring and quality of the fabric from Europe or Asia set his business apart. Daniel's personal and professional philosophy is, "the perfect suit makes for grander entrances and lasting memories."
Nurturing a lifelong passion for his field, Daniel has never received any formal training in fashion. He did however have stylish parents, and went shopping with his father every year, starting at age 8, for unique garments and seasonal wardrobes comprised of suits, sport coats, vests, trousers, blazers, and more. As a result, Daniel was arguably the best dressed among his classmates and friends.
Daniel credits not only his father for being a fashion inspiration, but also Halston. A fashion trailblazer, Halston changed the entire industry despite his difficult life. He also admires Ralph Lauren, who began his career by selling ties out of his trunk and went on to build a global empire. Looking toward the future, Daniel anticipates changing the sartorial landscape by establishing two more locations in growing cities.
