Earlier in his career, Mr. Hlavac found success as a Senior Project Manager for Lettire Construction, and the Director of Engineering and Field Operations for Quattro Construction Management between the late 2000s and 2015. His entry to the Design and Construction industry started with Creative Designs International and The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company as a Store Planner and Senior Project Manager. Throughout his career, Mr. Hlavac has honed his expertise in various aspects of the field, including all aspects of design, space planning, out of the ground super structure, scheduling and budgets.
An expert in his field, Mr. Hlavac studied architecture at the Plaza School of Architecture. During his spare time, he contributed to his community as the Chairman of the Architectural Community Board of Review. For his outstanding charitable contributions, he was celebrated in his community with a day named in his honor on June 8th, 2004.
