Previously, he worked as a regional team leader and principal engineer for CD-adapco – a Siemens Business between 2010 and 2016. Throughout his career, he also gained valuable expertise through CD-adapco as a senior technical support engineer and a technical support engineer. Although his professional endeavors have been suffused with highlights, Mr. Wilensky is especially proud of the development work he has done in the aerospace and defense industries, including his work on high-speed projectiles and spacecraft re-entry apparatus.
Prior to starting his career with CD-adapco, Mr. Wilensky earned a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from Boston University in 1997 and a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University in 1999. He retains his professional alignment with the American Institute of Astronautics and Aeronautics in order to remain aware of changes in the field. During his spare time, Mr. Wilensky dedicates himself to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
Due to his outstanding accomplishments, Mr. Wilensky received the Support Engineer of the Quarter (Worldwide) Award in 2004 and the Siemens Top Performer in Training and Renewable Revenue Generation Award in 2007.
