Backed by 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Ms. Lewis currently serves as an IT Engineer 3 (Systems) in the Field Technology Engineering Department for Enterprise Holdings, Inc., where she provides Level 4 Engineering support, as well as Project planning and implementation for Enterprise's large O365 Exchange environment. Prior to her tenure with Enterprise Holdings, Inc., she gained valuable expertise as a Senior Messaging Engineer for the Global Messaging and Mobile Team at Monsanto. Furthermore, Ms. Lewis found success as a Senior Messaging Engineer on the Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration Services Team for Wells Fargo & Company.
Over the years, Ms. Lewis expanded upon her experience in Information Technology in similar positions with the Veterans Health Administration, Barnes Hospital, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Government of the District of Columbia. Throughout the earliest years of her career, she honed her knowledge of troubleshooting, project management, disaster recovery and budget management with Bryan Cave LLP as an Exchange Engineer, a Groupware Team Leader, an Email Administrator, a Network Operations Senior Analyst and a Help Desk Operator. In a career filled with highlights, Ms. Lewis is especially proud of being part of the 4th largest Exchange migration in the nation. This project was featured in the Spring 2005 edition of Microsoft Technet magazine (4-page article – page 21).
An expert in her field, Ms. Lewis initially completed coursework in algebra, chemistry, biology and physics at Southern Illinois University before earning an Associate of Science from Lewis & Clark Community College in 2007. Looking toward the future, she aims to experience the continued success of her career with Enterprise Holdings. Dedicated to her customer base, Ms. Lewis additionally intends to remain passionate about her responsibilities while continuing to increase her technical skills to remain competitive in the IT industry.
