She began her career path as an administrator at the VA Boston Healthcare System, a clinical research technician at Boston Children's Hospital from 1972 to 1976, and a guidance counselor at the Douglas School between 1976 and 1977. She worked in Juvenile Diversion for a District Attorney's office running groups. Ms. Bradley subsequently found success as a group and individual psychotherapist at Charles River Hospital from 1977 until 1980, and a group practice psychotherapist at Counseling Associates from 1983 to 2009. She has been in private practice for the last10 years in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Prior to becoming an esteemed psychotherapist, Ms. Bradley pursued higher education with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in 1971. Continuing her education, she earned a Master of Arts in counseling and psychology from Framingham State University and a Master of Education from Lesley University in 1977. She has since been certified as a licensed mental health counselor.

In addition to contributing a number of articles to scientific publications, Ms. Bradley has specialized in treating anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. She has won numerous awards and accolades in recognition of her impeccable skills, and has been featured in several editions of Who's Who in the East and Who's Who of American Women. Ms. Bradley married James W Bradley in 1974 and has three children. Her avocations include music, horticulture, and swimming.
