After selling his two U.S. Century 21 regions in 1996. Mr. Yeager continued his international efforts with Century 21, with the goal of founding new regional offices around the world. Building upon his successful development and implementation of a multiple listing service in California, he assisted in establishing an exclusive MLS in Mexico, which was sold to Metro Cubicos in 2000 to serve as the MLS for all of Mexico. Operating under his own entity, International Real Estate Franchise Co. LLC, he provided his wealth of knowledge as a consultant for the opening of additional Century 21 franchises in regions such as Central and South America as well as Europe. At the time of this writing, Mr. Yeager owns the Century 21 trademark rights to 13 countries in South America and is a participant owner in Century 21's European region, which encompasses nine countries.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Yeager pursued a formal education at Claremont McKenna College, formerly known as Claremont Men's College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in business. Upon graduation, he entered the U.S. Air Force, where he rose to the rank of first lieutenant and trained as a pilot for which he flew B-29 bombers during the Korean War. Following his military service, he completed postgraduate coursework at the Ohio State University in real estate, finance and law. Attaining a California real estate salesman license in 1956 and a broker's license in 1958, Mr. Yeager began his career as a real estate agent from 1956 to 1972 and was honored as the Realtor of the Year in 1970.
Additionally obtaining a California lifetime teaching credential in real estate subjects. Mr. Yeager was fundamental in the creation of education programs for the California Association of Realtors, which became the standard for Century 21's national and global education programs. Maintaining his affiliation with the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, he has also contributed as a speaker on various real estate topics throughout the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Yeager has found success with his written works as well, authoring a book about home trade ins.
A third-generation California realtor, Mr. Yeager attributes his success to being able to provide leadership and direction to people who are passionate about learning the trade and are willing to work hard to produce measurable results. Active as the founder of Global Real Estate Trainers LLC, he is additionally overseeing the opening of Real Estate Trainers of Mexico and the current operations of the Real Estate School of Mexico, which produces live· streamed courses in real estate that arc open to the public to attract prospective sales agents.
