PARIS, FRANCE, April 02, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Beatrice Blochet has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Inspired to become an attorney at a young age, Ms. Blochet began her career as a tax lawyer with Coopers & Lybrand in 1996. From 2000 to 2002, she found success with the Magellan Law Firm as an associate before accepting a similar role with Haarmann Hemmelrath. Over the years, Ms. Blochet gained valuable expertise in international tax law as a tax manager in Southern Europe for Honeywell, where she also worked as associate general tax counsel, senior tax manager, director of taxes for a business unit and tax director of global restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.

In 2018, Ms. Blochet was appointed as vice president of taxes and general tax counsel for Garrett - Advancing Motion, which was formerly known as Honeywell Transportation Systems and Honeywell Turbo Technologies. Today, she excels as the vice president of tax for Europe for XPO Logistics Inc. Although her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Blochet is especially proud of initiating and contributing to the identification, development and implementation of tax planning activities, as well as leading a variety of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and spin-off projects.

In pursuit of her legal aspirations Ms. Blochet earned a Master of International Taxation from the Universite Pantheon-Assas in 1995 before becoming certified to practice law through the Paris Bar Association. She retains her professional alignment with French Tax Women. Moreover, she has been honored for her work with a plethora of awards during her time at Honeywell.
