The owner and founder of Muse Plastic Surgery, Dr. Jones specializes in breast, body and facial surgeries with a special interest in body contouring, rhinoplasty and eye lid surgery. In preparing for his career path, Dr. Jones received an undergraduate degree in biology from Fort Valley State University, and later obtained a Doctor of Medicine from the Meharry Medical College.
Board certified in plastic surgery and general surgery, Dr. Jones excelled as a chief resident of general surgery at the University of Nevada and subsequently completed a three-year residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Emory University School of Medicine in 2013. While working with the exceptional team at Emory, he was able to hone his surgical skills while utilizing cutting edge reconstructive and plastic surgery techniques. Along with his training in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills, Dr. Jones has also studied buttock enhancement and body contouring in Miami. Later, he traveled o Germany for additional education to further his skills in rhinoplasty surgery.
Through rigorous and valuable education programs, Dr. Jones is now a distinguished surgeon within the Atlanta community, as well as internationally. Named to America's Top Doctors and the Top 10 Doctors in Atlanta, he was also the recipient of the Compassionate Patient Award from Vitals. Jezebel Magazine likewise has named him the Best in Atlanta for Rhinoplasty, and he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society at the University of Nevada. Notably, Dr. Jones has also been the recipient of a 2018 Patient Choice Award, Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award, Most Outstanding Resident Award and five research awards.
Dr. Jones is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He is a reviewer for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal. He is also involved as a philanthropist to several non profit organizations including for the American Cancer Society. Having presented his research at both national and international surgical conferences, including the International Surgical Society in Australia and the Asian Surgical Congress in China, he is singularly dedicated to education along with his surgical background. Dr. Jones attributes all of his career success to his Christian faith and to his parents for instilling in him the true value of hard work.
