Before pursuing a career in law, Mr. Ralston owned two businesses, and eventually used the entrepreneurial knowledge he had cultivated to practice law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from the College of William and Mary and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Tulane University Law School. He has been admitted to practice law in the state of Louisiana, the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as several Courts of Appeals, Circuit Courts and District Courts in Louisiana, Texas and Tennessee. After law school, Mr. Ralston served as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Judge Eldon E Fallon at Federal District Court in New Orleans.
Mr. Ralston now serves as a commercial litigation partner and co-practice coordinator of the New Orleans Litigation Group at Phelps Dunbar LLP.
