CEDAR HILL, MO, April 09, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Robbie S. Hollis with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Ms. Hollis celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Transitioning from a successful career in entrepreneurship to education in 2002, Ms. Hollis aspired for a career that would enable her to be a more hands-on mother to her two daughters. Hired as an instructional aide at Anna Elementary School in Anna, Texas, she subsequently moved into the role of special education teacher that following year, where she remained until 2014. Relocating to Missouri in 2015, Ms. Hollis presently teaches special education for students at the kindergarten level up through grade four at George M. Null Elementary School in the town of Saint Charles.

After concluding her college studies, Ms. Hollis began her career as a technical writer with the Texas Transportation Institute in College Station in 1978. She later held various other technical writing positions in banking software and myriad industries before working in technical marketing. She notably served as the manager of marketing communications at ANTRIM Corporation in Plano, Texas, and as the manager of Hogan Corporate Communications in Dallas. Ultimately, Ms. Hollis contributed for two years as the elder of communication at First Presbyterian Church in McKinney, Texas, from 2000 to 2002, before becoming a teacher.

An alumnus of Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University (TAMU), Ms. Hollis received a Bachelor of Science in marine biology in 1978 and became certified in technical writing by the university in 1979. Years later, she achieved a Master of Arts in behavior analysis at Lindenwood University in 2017. Due to her outstanding career accomplishments, Ms. Hollis was named as a Teacher of the Year by the Anna Independent School District and by Joe K. Bryant Elementary School. A celebrated Marquis listee, she has been featured in nearly a dozen editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the South and Southwest, Who's Who of American Women and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
