Growing up with his father as a real estate agent, Mr. Khan developed an interest in the field at a young age. He volunteered at multiple real estate franchises in his teenage years, where he was able to monitor and shadow important mentors and developers. This reinforced his passion for real estate and proved it was something he was meant to pursue. Mr. Khan started his career immediately after obtaining his Juris Doctor and Masters of Real Estate Law. Today, he owns and practices at ARK Attorneys-at-Law and Atlas Title & Escrow, where he oversees teams of five and three, respectively. He is proud to have such amazing teams, vendors, agents and lenders to help achieve his goals and visions.
An accomplished professional, Mr. Khan became one of the youngest owners of a settlement service company when he established Atlas Title & Escrow. He further proved his aptitude for the industry when, in 2017, he closed more than 1,000 transactions at only 34 years old. With this achievement, he ranked among the top ten title insurance producers in Illinois. Looking toward the future, Mr. Khan hopes to expand his business into other states and to become a leading innovator in electronic closings. When he has spare time, he focuses on developing schools and hospitals with non-profit organizations on his grandmother's land in Bangladesh.
