Mr. Sillman is renowned as a programmer and software developer with more than 30 years of innovation in his field. He initially pursued an education at Santa Monica City College, earning an Associate of Arts in 1978. He continued his education with a Bachelor of Arts at California State University in 1981. Discovering his passion for computer science after an enrollment error assigned him into a business data processing class instead of a general business class, he graduated with an Associate of Arts in 1988 from Pierce College.

From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Sillman began his career as a programmer analyst for Transamerica Insurance Group. He further flourished with Wellmark, Inc., until 1993. Subsequently, Mr. Sillman found success as a programmer analyst with Korn/Ferry International from 1993 to 1996 and Pentel of America from 1996 to 1998.

Mr. Sillman was additionally active as a systems analyst for PacifiCare Health Systems from 1998 to 1999 before returning to program analysis. He later thrived as a programmer analyst for Bally Total Fitness Corporation from 1999 to 2003 and the Salvation Army of Crestmont College from 2004 to 2007. Since 2004, Mr. Sillman has excelled as an application developer for the Los Angeles Department of Public Social Services.
