As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Having accrued nearly 50 years of inimitable expertise in the field of agricultural engineering, Mr. Frasier garnered a laudable reputation as an affiliated faculty member of Colorado State University before his retirement in 2008.
