An accomplished listee, Mr. Pagnotta celebrates many years' experience in his professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his field. Drawing widespread acclaim in New York for his expertise, Mr. Pagnotta and his work have been featured in several significant publications, such as Newsday's Guide to Design, Home Entertainment and Interior Design.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Mr. Pagnotta was afforded the opportunity by his parents to take a drawing course at the Pratt Institute during his youth. Introduced to the interior design department, he became fascinated by the subject. After high school, he applied and was accepted to the school, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1961.
