He gained experience as a lighting director, floor manager and editor and, during the early stages of his career, served as a camera operator for Film Industries in New York City, as a production stage manager for the Paper Mill Playhouse, the New Jersey Ballet Company, the Westchester Playhouse in New York and Royal Poinciana Playhouse in Palm Beach Florida. He was also an advance director for Harold Kennedy Productions in New York and a consultant and producer for Children's TV Workshop and Lancit Media Productions. During the 1990s, Mr. Stefanile found success in the field in both production and as a consultant for CBS Inc. Additionally, he was an instructor at his alma mater, Seton Hall University, in New Jersey for one year in 1975.
Mr. Stefanile, a native of Jersey City, graduated from Seton Hall University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts. He has since graduated from the Realtor Institute and is an accredited buyer representative, seller representative specialist and seniors' real estate specialist. Moreover, Mr. Stefanile is Quality Service Certified and gCertified for federal employee relocation.
In recognition of his dedication to arts and entertainment, Mr. Stefanile was bestowed with a Silver Award from the International Film and TV Festival of New York in 1980, 1981 and 1982. He also received an Outstanding Video Programming Award from the JVC Company for a professional video competition in 1984 and a First Place Award from the International TV Association in 1988.
