He began as a public school mathematics teacher. Following his attainment of a law degree in 1974, he maintained a successful private practice in Pasadena, California, until 1994. Mr. Crismier serves as president of Save America Ministries in Richmond, which he founded in 1993 to "Rebuild the Foundations of Faith and Freedom."

Serving as a catalyst in drawing together the efforts of families, churches and the other organizations to present a unified front to change the moral fabric of American culture, Mr. Crismier is passionate about making a difference. In particular, he seeks through VIEWPOINT, a daily radio talk show aired nationally for 25 years, to "Confront the deepest issues of America's heart and home," from a biblical perspective."

A well-regarded speaker in his field, Mr. Crismier has made appearances at various civic, political and church groups for nearly 40 years. He is also the author of 10 books, including his 2018 "HEARTS of the Fathers: Leaving a Legacy that Lasts," which presents a biblical response to the unanswered crisis of fatherlessness gripping America and the western world. Other books to his credit include "Lasting Love" in 2016, "KING of the Mountain" in 2013, "The Secret of the Lord" in 2011, "SEDUCTION of the Saints" in 2009, and his most recent book, "ANTICHRIST: Identifying the Coming Imposter," due out in 2020.

As a community leader, Mr. Crismier has been deeply involved in education, serving on the board of directors at his alma mater, Azusa Pacific University, as well as at Foothill Christian Day School, and likewise served as the president of the board of directors at Pasadena Christian School. He also worked in politics as a candidate for the California State Legislator and was the president of the Republican Volunteers in Political Service. While on the APU board, Mr. Crismier served on the executive committee, the student life committee and the nominating committee, and was the chairman of the Spiritual Life Task Force. Mr. Crismier also served as the chairman of the Pasadena Central Christian Businessman's committee, a volunteer pastor for the Faith Community Church in Covina, California, and the Virginia state coordinator for the National Day of Prayer Task Force.

Before embarking upon his career, Mr. Crismier pursued a formal education at Azusa Pacific University, from which he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 1967. He subsequently received a Doctor of Jurisprudence at Southwestern University in 1974. Mr. Crismier has been admitted to practice by the California Bar Association.

In 1993, Mr. Crismier received the George Washington Medal of Honor from the Valley Forge Freedom Foundation in recognition of the formation of Save America Ministries. He was previously named Alumnus of the Year by Azusa Pacific University in 1981 and was the recipient of an Outstanding Contribution to Youth Award from the California Congress of Parents and Teachers in 1972. A celebrated Marquis listee, Mr. Crismier has been cited in the 26th edition of Who's Who in the South and Southwest.
