MILLERSBURG, OH, June 08, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lena Schlabach has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Instilled with a phenomenal work ethic and a sense of independence through her Amish upbringing, Ms. Schlabach began her career as the principal for Lena's Amish Granola LLC from 2012 to 2016. She also established two notable enterprises during this time: Relaxnchic, an Etsy store providing practical and decorative household items and accessories, and Studio 65, an Ohio-based workshop that offers classes on social media and connectivity to empower others to succeed. Having cemented her reputation as a unique and driven entrepreneur, Ms. Schlabach has excelled as the chief executive officer and the creator of Farmhouse Frocks, a women's clothing store that collaborates with the local Amish community to craft apparel that allows their customers to feel stylish, beautiful and comfortable, since 2016.

Farmhouse Frocks was greatly inspired by Ms. Schlabach's own struggles in finding cute and well-designed clothing options for plus-sized women. Deciding to take the bull by the horns, she rallied many members of her family as well as her Amish neighbors to help turn her dreams into reality. However, she did not anticipate the rapid popularity of her inventory, which became in-demand with women of any shape or size soon thereafter. Ms. Schlabach subsequently utilized her do-it-yourself attitude and passion for her work to help build the Farmhouse Frocks brand without debt or a major marketing campaign.

In the few years since founding Farmhouse Frocks, Ms. Schlabach has seized a number of exceptional opportunities, including a large fashion show in coordination with Country Living Magazine in Atlanta which presented the company with a massive platform on which they could reach an extended audience. She is additionally proud to conduct a family business that employs more than 30 Amish seamstresses who sew their products by hand. Ms. Schlabach also stresses the importance of social media to her professional ventures, having created a community and a loyal customer base from their growing presence on Instagram.

Even during the current national crisis, Ms. Schlabach has gone above and beyond for her community with Farmhouse Frocks, constructing between 2,000 and 3,000 masks on a given day. While these washable and reusable masks are being sold to the American public at large, these products are also helping to hire the unemployed within her region. Ms. Schlabach believes in building her business through bettering the world around her, and the inclusion of motivational messages, prayers and handwritten notes within their products lends a personal touch that allows her to further connect with her customers.

Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Schlabach has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She remains affiliated with her local Chamber of Commerce, works independently as a coach and is actively authoring her first book. Likewise, Ms. Schlabach is a renowned advocate for the Amish, contributing knowledge on the facts of the Amish lifestyle and environment to those interested in learning more.

Ms. Schlabach has accrued several accolades throughout her impressive career, including profiles in several publications and recognition through the 2019 Small Business of the Year Award. Thriving through her motto and mindset of choosing faith over fear, she strives to set goals that she can work toward on a daily basis. Looking toward the future, Ms. Schlabach hopes to continue empowering and coaching women so that they may achieve their own independent success.
