Before embarking on this journey, she received an accounting diploma from Tuksin Technology College and a computer programming diploma from Intrachai Commercial College in Thailand. Subsequently, Ms. Lindsey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in general management and a Master of Education in education technology and communication from Rajabhat Chandrakasem University.
While living in Thailand, Ms. Lindsey worked in various positions in computer programming and data processing. She found success at St. John's University teaching and working at the information technology center for several years. Upon arriving in the United States Ms. Lindsey established The Siam Classic Inn and Spa (later changed to KhoomPenJun), with which she currently serves as the chief executive officer and the president.
Through her efforts at KhoomPenJun, Ms. Lindsey offers guests a unique bed and breakfast experience with an emphasis on authentic and luxurious Thai accommodations. Today, the business remains as the first and only Thai bed and breakfast in North America with a genuine connection to Thai culture and history. KhoomPenJun was notably recognized as the World's Best Luxury Bed & Breakfast and Spa by Lux Media Group in 2015, and was honored as a Top-Rated Inn in Saint Lawrence County in 2014. In addition, Ms. Lindsey's business has earned several Five Stars Awards and was lauded as a Pride in Potsdam finalist for Business of the Year.
Throughout her successful career, Ms. Lindsey has attributed her professional accomplishments to her steadfast vision, hard work and business savvy. She has been incredibly proud of her accomplishments as an immigrant who moved to the U.S. and created something unique from her heritage.
