Before embarking on her career, she served as a mechanic in the United States Army for three years. Ms. Guillory later flourished as a student attorney for a divorce and domestic violence clinic at the Southern University Law Center.
Ms. Guillory currently practices as an attorney at her own firm, The Law Firm of Brandy Guillory LLC. Specializing in family and criminal law, she was previously recognized as an up-and-coming attorney after three months in her field. Most recently, Ms. Guillory accepted the Character, Deed and Civility Award from Team IMPACT.
Ms. Guillory has attributed her professional success to her aunt, mother and father, who all showed her the importance of strength and resilience.
