Having accrued nearly 25 years of expertise in the hotel and resort industry, Mr. Sadler has earned distinction as a hospitality management professional. He began his career with Bristol Hotels and Resorts in Dallas, Texas in 1996, where he would hold a variety of positions during his tenure in both the Rooms and F&B divisions for multiple properties. He departed in 2004 to join a Marriott property as Banquet Manager, winning the 2005 Manager of the Year Award. Following this accomplishment, Mr. Sadler joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2006 as the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry, receiving opportunities to participate in a variety of leadership capacities, property renovations, new builds, and multi-property operations.
Having served as the Director of Operations since 2014 for Starwood Hotels in Indianapolis, Indiana, Mr. Sadler joined TPG Hotels & Resorts in his first General Manager assignment at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Tulsa Warren Place. He later joined Promise Hotels as the opening General Manager for the Tulsa Club, Curio Collection by Hilton before becoming the General Manager of The Central Station Hotel, a 123-room boutique hotel on the site of a historic train station in Memphis' South Main neighborhood, in 2019.
Mr. Sadler's interest in hospitality was sparked at the age of 12 when he stayed in a hotel for the first time on a family vacation. Growing up in a family of humble means, the hotel service experience was new, unique and exciting, and he continually strives to share that feeling with guests in the properties he leads. He attributes his success to persistence, patience and a willingness to work tirelessly to ensure the associate experience is as positive as the guest experience.
Mr. Sadler graduated from Northwood University with his degree in Hospitality Management and has served the community in several roles including on the board of the Metro Tulsa Hotel and Lodging Association and a former volunteer with Jobs for Life.
