Having accrued over a decade of experience in his professional field, Mr. Guerrero has garnered a laudable reputation in his field where he is currently the director of engineering at The Hoxton, Williamsburg, since 2018. He initially began his career in several engineering positions with several hospitality groups and companies. Throughout the course of his professional journey, Mr. Guerrero has been most proud to have been featured in Blueprint Magazine for his professional accomplishments. He was also grateful to open the first Hoxton hotel in North America in the Williamsburg neighborhood which marked his 8th opening.
While coming of age, Mr. Guerrero notably worked in a full-time position at his father's small construction business while attending school. As he became older, he found success in his hospitality endeavors and was able to transfer his wealth of valuable experience in construction and management, after which he became involved in the hospitality industry and noticed many similarities from his previous positions, which allowed him to excel professionally. Mr. Guerrero holds an operating engineer's license and is fire life safety director, and holds many other necessary licenses and certifications needed to run a complex hotel building in NYC.
Mr. Guerrero has attributed his professional success to his ambition and the ability to challenge himself in many areas. Looking toward the future, he aspires to eventually manage multiple properties in a VP or regional directive-engineering role. Mr. Guerrero would also like to venture into consulting for hospitality investors in the coming years.
