Mr. Sowers is renowned as an information technology (IT) professional and business owner with more than 40 years of expertise in his field. He achieved a Bachelor of Science in financial accounting and project management and has pursued additional credentials in computer security and marketing. Mr. Sowers attributes his business success to his dedication to excellence and continuing education.

From 1979 to 2014, Mr. Sowers has had various management positions and finally retired as a senior business analyst expert in the office of the chief information officer for Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Recognized as an expert in IT portfolio and project management during his time with Pacific Gas & Electric, he is proud to have saved the company more than $186 million and won the coveted Trail-Blazer award. Since 2015, Mr. Sowers has excelled as the owner and operator of Sheridan PC Doctor, an in-home IT services company.

Mr. Sowers is an active board member of the Sheridan County Sportsman's Association. Mr. Sowers has been a Bible study teacher for over 40 years. He has volunteered at Shephard Gate, a facility for battered woman, fed the homeless in San Francisco at a homeless shelter, and helped with the state parks on Earth Day. He has been presented with service awards for work in the communities across three counties in California, and multiple corporate awards for his work with Pacific Gas and Electric.
