In 1997, Mr. Solano began his career with JDEdwards advanced to the role of Vice President and general Manager in only 3 years In 2000, Mr. Solano joined Accenture, being appointed as a senior executive over his nearly 10 year tenure. He was subsequently designated as the president and managing director of Inverpoint's Mexico operations in 2010, supervising the division until 2012. Mr. Solano further excelled with Inverpoint while additionally serving as the chief marketing officer and the global accounts director for North American Software, INC between 2010 and 2012.
Currently, Mr. Solano focuses on consulting and executive leadership as the managing director of MX Opera Consulting of Mexico, with which he has also found success as the president of the board of directors. Since 2016, he has also been active as the principal and chief executive officer of US Opera Consulting. In 2018, Mr. Solano was recruited as the principal and the chief executive officer of CMIT Solutions of North LA, an independent IT services contracting firm. The company recently acquired a new territory in Irvine, California and CMIT Solutions of North LA will be expanding its operations to Orange County.
Likewise, Mr. Solano has been profiled as one of Calabasas Style Magazine's People to Watch. Among other honors, CMIT of North LA was recognized as a 2018 CMIT Solutions Franchise of the Month. Mr. Solano was notably presented with a Managed Services Excellence Award from Barracuda Inc. in 2019.
