Her current focus is on scholarly writing as she continues to flourish as a distinguished adjunct professor and a program developer at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA, beginning in 1978, and international director of Easy Online Class, a global school of teaching foreign languages, Bogota, Colombia, since 2012. Previously, she was active as an adjunct professor at the Dominican University in San Rafael, CA as well as director and assistant director positions of human resources at Alameda County Medical Center in San Leandro, CA from 1998 to 2002, Brookside Hospital in San Pablo, CA from 1995 to 1997, and Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Oakland, CA from 1988 to 1996. With a plethora of knowledge at her disposal, Dr. Daniels penned "Servant Leadership and Non Servant Leadership Organization Triple Bottom Line Reporting Outcomes" in 2016, the second chapter of "The Future of Leadership: Addressing Complex Global Issues" in 2018, the third chapter of "Paradigm Shift in Management Philosophy: Future Challenges in Global Organizations" in 2019, and the second chapter of "Culture in Global Businesses: Addressing National and Organizational Challenges" in 2020.

Dr. Daniels, an African American, grew up in the segregated era of Louisville, KY. Before embarking on her professional path, Dr. Daniels pursued an education at Golden State University, graduating with both a Bachelor of Arts in 1992 and a Master of Science in human resources management in 1993. Ultimately, she earned a Doctor of Philosophy in management/leadership and organizational change at Walden University in 2016. Passionate about her career, Dr. Daniels enjoys mentoring her students and motivating them to overcome their hardships.

The recipient of the Management Fellowship Award from the University of California San Francisco from 1979 to 1980, Dr. Daniels was recognized as the Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women in 2012, among the Outstanding Adjunct Faculty for the Human Resources Program by the Edward S. Ageno School of Business in 2016 and as a Distinguished Adjunct Professor by Golden Gate University in 2018. She is scheduled as a presenter at the International Servant Leadership Summit, 2021.

Additionally, she was selected for inclusion in multiple editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare, Who's Who in Science and Engineering, Who's Who in the West, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who of American Women. Throughout the course of her impressive career, Dr. Daniels is incredibly proud of developing and delivering graduate courses for the Master of Science in human resource management program at Golden Gate University and promoting the philosophy and practice of Servant Leadership in our professions and organizations.
