From 2003 to 2011, he flourished as an associate with Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A., Delaware's largest law firm. Subsequently, he has excelled as a Director in the firm's Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group. He focuses his practice on rendering advice and legal opinions on matters of Delaware law relating to Delaware alternative entities, including limited liability companies, limited partnerships and general partnerships. Mr. Seraydarian has extensive experience in handling a wide variety of transactions involving Delaware alternative entities, including formation, operation, governance matters, structured finance transactions, investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions, cross-border transactions, dissolutions, mergers, acquisitions, conversions, divisions and domestications. Mr. Seraydarian's practice also involves advising clients on fiduciary duty and contractual interpretation issues with respect to Delaware alternative entities.
An expert in his field, Mr. Seraydarian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in finance from Brigham Young University in 2000 and subsequently obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of the McNeill Law Society. In order to remain aware of changes and developments in the field, Mr. Seraydarian is affiliated with the Delaware State Bar Association, the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and the BYU Management Society. Mr. Seraydarian volunteers his spare time and contributes to others in need while serving his local community as a Bishop and youth leader for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Looking toward the future, Mr. Seraydarian aims to help his children achieve their goals and dreams.
